• Small      – 80cm diameter   – children | quick/tech spinning
• Medium – 90cm diameter   – children/adults | all-round spinning
• Large      – 100cm diameter – adults | slow/beginner spinning

 

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE
Measure from the floor to your belly button to find which diameter is recommended for ‘waist hooping’ on your body. However, this isn’t the only deciding factor and ‘waist hooping’ isn’t the only kind of hooping! Different sizes spin at different speeds so consider this in relation to your hoop spinning ability when making your purchase.
